Tarka ISP Billing
Tarka is a customised billing and provisioning system for Internet Service Providers which automates the provisioning, tracking and billing of ISP customers. Tarka integrates with your email, web, authentication and access servers to provide a single point of administration for managing your users.
Tarka can:
- Create users and set up user services
Your administration staff can create users via the web interface to Tarka and assign the necessary services to the user. - Collect billing information through RADIUS and SNMP
Using the web interface you are able to provision RADIUS servers with user authorisation information to allow users Internet access. Tarka uses the RADIUS and SNMP data to record access and create accurate billing information. - Automated billing via e-mail
Bills can be sent via e-mail, in advance, or in arrears for accounts. Single bills are supported for customers with multiple services. - Support various plan types
Tarka can support a variety of plans billed by time or data, including pre-paid, post-paid, casual and monthly accounts. - Support ADSL, Dialup, WiMax, Leased Line, and Wireless access
Tarka supports a broad range of internet access technologies, singularly or simultaneously. - Manage web and mail accounts
Tarka can be used to set up webspace for users, and can host email accounts and domains. - Process credit card, direct debit, and BPAY payments
Tarka supports real-time account payments by credit card. Automated import/export of BPAY and direct debit information is also supported. - Provide comprehensive reporting
Tarka has a large number of inbuilt reports covering many aspects, including revenue, GST, receipts, aged debtors, Internet usage, and more. - Bill telephony services
Call Detail Records (CDRs) from IP telephony providers can be automatically imported into Tarka for rating and billing customers. - Manage IP addresses
Tarka can automatically assign IP addresses and ranges to customers and it provides tools to simplify the management of your IP address space. - Customer self-service interface
Through an easy-to-use web interface, Tarka gives your customers an interface to perform actions such as changing their password and access their previous invoices and usage data. - Provide audit trail logs
For tracking administration access and changes, Tarka collects logs of all changes made and by what user within Tarka. - Provide agency support
Tarka allows for third parties to sell your services to the public, automatically tracking commissions and payments owing. Your agencies are able to set up new customers and allocate services on the spot via a dedicated web interface. - Support international ISPs
Tarka supports customisation for international currency and legislation. Tarka is currently operational in a number of ISPs outside of Australia.
