Our focus is on providing businesses with IT solutions. We believe in taking the time to understand what our customers need, and provide only solutions that will add value to their business. We have over 15 years experience assisting people in the IT industry, locally and internationally.

NetCraft predominately works with medium sized businesses but has experience supporting companies with between 5 and 200,000 IT users.

History

NetCraft Australia is a family company that was founded in 1995 by Managing Director Tique Bennett.  NetCraft was initially situated in Eden Hills South Australia but in 1999 NetCraft outgrew the Eden Hills space and moved to larger premises in Frewville South Australia, where the business is still situated today.

For many years NetCraft has provided Linux and network consulting services to businesses within Australia.  As the business has grown NetCraft has expanded their engineering team to include engineers with skills in Microsoft products, virtualisation and wireless technologies.  NetCraft also works with a number of international customers in the areas of ISP billing, networking and systems administration.

Today, Tique remains the Managing Director of NetCraft and continues to focus on providing services and solutions that are best in class.
